Hello, everyone! I’m Jade Green, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as your newest holistic health coach here at Modern Medicine. From the moment I walked through the doors in October, I knew this was exactly where I needed to be. As a mother of three and a passionate advocate for healthy living, I’m dedicated to spreading wellness far and wide. I’m thrilled to be working with all of the practitioners at Modern Medicine, where we operate in a functional practice and being well just makes sense.
Education
My journey as a Holistic Nutritional Counselor began back in March of 2015, and since then, I’ve been on a mission to empower individuals to take control of their health. My education and experience have equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, hormonal balance, and prevention.
I became a certified Therapeutic Nutritional Counselor by the Association of Natural Health, where I was exposed by Dr.s around the world to over 120 powerful therapies and natural modalities. The education program covers a wide array of topics, including supplementation, where I got to explore Human Anatomy and Physiology, Microbiology, Quantum physics and energy medicine, and understanding the impact of cellular environment and frequencies. Additionally, the program provided comprehensive insight into label reading, supplement protocols, and quality standards, as well as detoxification methods- emphasizing safe practices and recognizing signs of discomfort for successful outcomes.
Many of these modalities intrigued me, and I immediately delved into herbalogy, obtaining a certification from Herbally Grounded in Las Vegas, Nevada. But my learning didn’t stop there. I continued my journey and graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach, where I immersed myself in over 100 diverse dietary theories, from Ayurveda and macrobiotics to the Carnivore diet and raw veganism. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of studying with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts, including Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weil, and Mark Hyman to name a few. My dedication to the field was recognized when I was awarded the 30 Under 30 community scholarship to the Advanced Business Course for Health Coaches. Since then I’ve gotten certified in Hormone Health and am currently continuing my education in the field of Applied Neuroscience for Brain Change in the Treatment of Trauma, Anxiety, and Stress Disorders.
My Passion
As your health coach, my approach is rooted in empathy and empowerment. I don’t believe in restrictive crash diets or quick fixes. Instead, I’m here to partner with you on your own wellness goals, creating sustainable habits that truly stick. Together, we’ll delve into the connection between food, your body, your mindset, and ultimately, your overall well-being.
My deepest desire is to help you see your plate as a window into your mindset, begin viewing wellness as one of the most important aspects of self-value, and guide you as you tap into your own inner power and wisdom. By carrying out the recommendations of your practitioner, we’ll bring balance into your life beyond just what’s on your plate.
