I had a terrible experience at this office and I’m hoping my review will save others time and money. When I met with the NP Michelle, she was wonderful. She spent time so much time with me trying to get to the root cause of my health issues and was encouraging and provided so much hope. However, she prescribed a medication and it was never called in to my pharmacy. I called the office for a week straight trying to get in contact with someone and no one would answer the phone. I left multiple messages and it wasn’t until I called and left a message with the Forney office, that I got a call back saying it would be called in that day. The prescription was still never called in. I attempted to call multiple times and left messages asking for a call back. The last message I left, I was crying and communicated my frustration. That was weeks ago and my phone call was never returned. This office is unprofessional. I have never come across a dr’s office run this way where they don’t answer the phone or return calls and deny their patients medication that they prescribed. Please be aware that you will spend significantly more for your appointments (rightly so as they are thorough, spend much more time getting to the root cause, etc), but in the end your money will all be wasted because they don’t provide ethical care for their patients.

I had been suffering with the symptoms of EBV for nearly a year before I realized that the traditional approach of largely pharmacy-based medicine was not going to help me. I saw Dr Villanueva a month ago and she took a significant amount of time walking through my history and really gathering the whole picture (rather than just looking for symptoms to be treated). I walked out of my first appointment with a Hope I had not felt since my illness began. I started a month ago on the Modern Medicine EBV protocol and I am already seeing some improvement in my EBV related symptoms. The staff, including their CHC Becca, are patient and kind and ready to answer any and all questions during the visit and following. I can’t say enough about how much more in control I feel of my medical destiny and knowing I have a partner (not just a provider) to steer me through. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Rice for over 5 years now. I’d say it was the best decision we ever made; a real game changer for us. I feel like he truly listens and has appropriate suggestions for our health. I wouldn’t even consider another clinic or alternative We drive all the way from Houston to see this doctor and have had some of our primary care doctors ask us what we’re doing because our results have been so significant. We have also received help and advice from Ashley and learned so much about nutrition. I felt at such a loss when we first came to them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dr Rice pays attention to the Small details and both and the nutritionist Becca really show they care about your overall health. Highly recommend.
